CASE <br /> <br /> PUBLIC HEARING <br /> PROPOSED STREET NAME CHANGE IN <br />WILDLIFE SANCTUARY AND SUNFLOWER RIDGE; <br />CASE OF CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> By: Asst. Comm. Dev. Director Sylvia Frolik <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />While processing the plat for Sunflower Ridge Second Addition, it came to Staff's <br />attention that 154th in Sunflower Ridge (first phase) is incorrectly identified as Lanel it <br />should be Avenue. This street also extends into Wildlife Sanctuary 3rd Addition. The <br />kbllowing items are enclosed for your information: <br /> <br />Site location map <br />Proposed ordinance <br /> <br />Notification: <br /> <br />Property owners adjacent to 154th between Iodine and Krypton were notified of the <br />proposed street name correction. <br /> <br />Observations: <br /> <br />Fortunately, none of the dwelling units on this street have received certificates of <br />occupancy. Therefore, correction of the street name will not impact any current resident. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />City Staff recommends conducting the public hearing and introduction of the proposed <br />ordinance. <br /> <br />Action: <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember and seconded by Councilmember <br /> to introduce the proposed ordinance to change the street name of 154th Lane <br />N. ¥{/. between Iodine Street and Krypton Street to 1 $4th Avenue <br /> <br />Review Checklist: <br /> <br />City Engineer <br />Com.
