Th/s requirement can be waived if the following <br />conditions are met on the Ramsey Professional Building site, <br />o The drive lane must be 24 feet wide between Rbhnestone and <br /> Sapphire street. - <br />o The drive lane must be constructed to 7 ton road standards. <br />o Accesses to the north must be provided. <br />o Cross easements must be executed to allow access and use from <br /> Outlot A when it is replatted. <br />o Traffic calming devices cannot be installed in this drive lane. <br /> <br />· Note 1 -"Sheet" should be revised to :'Street". <br /> <br />· The [ow point of Sapph/re Street must be adjusted so that it does not <br /> coincide with the driveway ffrom the Rarn~sey Professional Building. <br /> <br />-153- <br /> <br /> <br />
