Letter of Transmittal <br /> <br />Landmark Community Bank originally started as Bank of lsanti, in 1899. Many <br />things have changed including the name, but the focus, has always been on the <br />communities. Today Landmark has three branches and employs over 40 residents <br />of the communities we are in which includes; Isanti, Ramsey and' Vadnais <br />Heights. <br /> <br />Landmark Bank is a full service bank fo~; both consumers and businesses, We <br />offer a wide variety of competitive- products and services that w/Il meet the needs <br />of those who live in our commtmities. In the past few months Landmark have <br />been awarded the status of preferred lender with the SBA. Landmark can thus <br />underwrite and approval loans internally as an agent of the SBA. This saves time <br />for the climate in obtaining loan approvals. <br /> <br />I2 addition to meeting the needs of our customers, we are dedicated to supporting <br />our communities by donations and employee involvement~ In the past year the <br />bank has been involved with local Chambers and Rotary's, supported the local <br />high schools, Lions cIubs. We have made numerous, donations to local families in <br />need due to a tragedy, and make annual, donations to churches that bank with us. <br />The bank continues to sponsor Iocal parades, the Refuge, and recently raised over <br />$10,0'00.00 for the relief'aid for the victims of Hurricane Katrina through the' <br />employees, board members with a matching contribution by.the bank. <br /> <br />per the request of the proPOsal outline} the follow/ng empIoyees are approved to <br />submit proposals on behalf of the bank.
