Presentation

Finance Officer Lund explained the City of Ramsey provides varying services that are billed
directly to residents through the municipal utility bill and through invoices. During 1994, the
City passed Ordinance #94-13 which allows for the certification of payments for current services
that are delinquent as of September 1 of each year. This is the eighth year that the City of
kamsey will be certifying delinquent payments as assessments to be collected with property
taxes payable in 2006. The total of delinquent payments is $29,866.63.
