Presentation Finance Officer Lund explained the City of Ramsey provides varying services that are billed directly to residents through the municipal utility bill and through invoices. During 1994, the City passed Ordinance #94-13 which allows for the certification of payments for current services that are delinquent as of September 1 of each year. This is the eighth year that the City of kamsey will be certifying delinquent payments as assessments to be collected with property taxes payable in 2006. The total of delinquent payments is $29,866.63. The proposed resolution certifies the delinquencies and the most current list of delinquent billings. Citi×en Input There was none. The public hearing was closed at 7:21 p.m. Council Business Mayor Gamec called the regular City Council meeting back to order at 7:21 p.m. Motion by Councilmember Strommen, seconded by Councilmember Cook, to adopt Resolution #05-09-324 Adopting Assessments for Past-Due Charges on Municipal Utility Bills (Which May Include Water, Sewer, Street Lighting, Recycling, Storm Water Charges and Penalties Incurred) and Current Services Rendered. Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Strommen, Cook, Elvig, Olson, and Pearson. Voting No: None. Absent: Councilmember Jeffrey.
