Petitioning property owners are charged 100% for the cost of curb and gutter <br />while non-petitioning properties are being assessed 50% of the cost as directed by 'the Council in <br />tixe Feasibility Study. <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec indicated he received a call from Vincent Clemens in regards to the assessment on <br />his outk)t.
