Regional Systems <br /> The COR is the heart of several regional systems that are either located within or adjacent to The COR. <br /> These regional systems include the Northstar Commuter Rail,the Central Anoka County Regional Trail, <br /> the Mississippi West Regional Park, and the Mississippi River Trail. <br /> A number of these systems have a pedestrian component. As such, Ramsey desires to locate the future <br /> Central Anoka County Regional Trail through the heart of The COR, along Center Street.The map below <br /> indicates Ramsey's preferred route for this trail.
