Environmental Policy Board (EPB) 5. 3. <br />Meeting Date: 05/16/2022 <br />By: Chris Anderson, Community <br />Development <br />Information <br />Title: <br />Rain Barrel and Compost Bin Sale Update <br />Purpose/Background: <br />This is a brief update on the Rain Barrel and Compost Bin sales event. As of Monday, May 9, 2022, there were <br />thirty-six (36) rain barrels and forty-two (42) compost bins still available for purchase. The Recycling Association <br />of Minnesota (RAM) has said that as other distribution events come and go, they are promoting this opportunity <br />more and more to individuals interested in purchasing. Staff has information on the sale on the City's website (one <br />of the 'Spotlights') and published information in the May/June issue of the Ramsey Resident newsletter. The <br />distribution event will occur on June 13, 2022, from 3pm to 6pm at the City's Public Works facility (14199 Jaspar <br />Street NW).
