All interested persons are invited to attend and comment on the proposed requests. <br />The purpose of this hearing is to consider a request from PACT Charter School for a Variance, Site Plan, <br />Preliminary Plat, and Final Plat for a new school facility to accommodate grades 6-12 on the western <br />eighteen (18) acres of the property generally described as 7633 161" Ave NW, Ramsey, MN 55303 and <br />legally described as follows: <br />THE SE1/4 OF NW1/4 OF SEC 16 TWP 32 RGE 25, EX W 185 FT THEREOF, EX RD, SUBJ <br />TO EASE OF REC, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br />The City of Ramsey complies with the Americans with Disabilities Act and upon advance request, <br />infoiniation will be provided in an alternative foini and interpreters will be available.
