<br />Councilmember Musgrove introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #22-100 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPOINTING A REPLACEMENT QCTV BOARD MEMBER <br /> <br />WHEREAS, City Administrator Kurt Ulrich is currently servings a City of Ramsey board <br />member on Quad Cities Cable Commission (QCTV); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Mr. Ulrich’s employment with the City of Ramsey will end on May 6, 2022; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Councilmember Dan Specht was selected, by City Council consensus, to <br />serve in Mr. Ulrich’s place through December 31, 2022. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That Councilmember Dan Specht will fulfill Mr. Kurt Ulrich’s remaining term as a board <br />member on Quad Cities Cable Communications Commission, effectively immediately, <br />through December 31, 2022. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Woestehoff, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> Mayor Pro Tem Riley <br /> Councilmember Musgrove <br /> Councilmember Woestehoff <br /> Councilmember Heineman <br /> Councilmember Howell <br /> Councilmember Specht <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br /> Mayor Kuzma <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
