<br />Councilmember Woestehoff introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #22-102 <br /> <br />TH <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR RIVENWICK VILLAGE 4 <br />ADDITION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, LGI Homes, hereafter referred to as “Developer,” properly applied for <br />Preliminary Plat approval of the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: <br /> <br />rd <br /> Outlot A, Rivenwick Village 3 Addition (the ‘Subject Property’); <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission recommended and the City Council adopted <br />Resolution #20-266 providing direction for future development of the Subject Property; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City received an Application for Preliminary Plat Approval for Rivenwick <br />th <br />Village 4 Addition on February 2, 2022; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the plans conform to the direction provided in Resolution #20-266; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Subject Property is zoned MU-PUD: Mixed-Use PUD and guided for <br />mixed use on City Utilities in the 2040 Comprehensive Plan, and the proposal aligns with the <br />zoning and guidance; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Environmental Policy Board reviewed the project on March 21, 2022 and <br />recommended approval of the natural resources related aspects; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a Public Hearing on March 24, 2022 and <br />recommended approval of the Preliminary Plat. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants preliminary plat approval for Rivenwick <br />th <br />Village 4 Addition in accordance with relevant City Codes, subject to the following <br />conditions: <br />a. Compliance with the Staff Review Comments. <br />b. Final approval by City Engineer and City Attorney. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Musgrove, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> Mayor Pro Tem Riley <br /> Councilmember Woestehoff <br /> Councilmember Musgrove <br /> Councilmember Heineman <br /> Councilmember Howell <br /> Councilmember Specht <br /> <br />
