<br />Notice is hereby given that the City of
<br />Ramsey Planning Commission will hold a
<br />public hearing on Thursday, September
<br />1, 2005, at 7:00 p,m, at Ramsey Fire
<br />Station #1, 15050 Armstrong Boulevard
<br />NW, Ramsey, MN 55303,
<br />The purpose of the hearing is to con-
<br />sider amendments to Chapter 9 (Zoning
<br />and Subdivision of Land), Section 9,"
<br />(Performance Standards) to add per-
<br />formance standards for outdoor solid
<br />fuel-fired heating devices in Ramsey City
<br />Code,
<br />All interested persons are invited to
<br />attend the hearing and comment on
<br />the proposed amendments, The City
<br />of Ramsey complies with the Americans
<br />with Disabilities Act and upon advance
<br />request, information will be provided
<br />in an alternative form and interpreters
<br />will be available, Any person with such
<br />a request should contact 10Ann Shaw
