This project anticipated a total project cost to be $150,657. However, in the c~)m-sc r~l' plan preparation, it became apparent that construction would be occurring adjacent to ~!or~ ~;cwer which discharges directly to the Mississippi River. It is a goal of the City to provide warier qttality treatment for such discharges wherever possible. The plans were modified to i~ ~ol~cl~: ~ water quality treatment system, which will provide treatment for two direct storm water rtischa~'??:s, one at Ebony and 137th Avenue and the other at Dolomite and 137th Avenue.
