Councilmember ___________ introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #22-125 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING SITE PLAN, PRELIMINARY PLAT, FINAL PLAT, AND <br />DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT FOR PACT ADDITION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, JB VangSite Plan, <br />Preliminary Plat, and Final Plat approval of the following described property located in the City of <br />Ramsey: <br /> <br />THE SE1/4 OF NW1/4 OF SEC 16 TWP 32 RGE 25, EX W 185 FT THEREOF, EX RD, SUBJ <br />TO EASE OF REC, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission reviewed the Sketch Plan and requests for a <br />Comprehensive Plan Amendment and Zoning Amendment on February 24, 2022; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Environmental Policy Board (EPB) reviewed the Sketch Plan and requests for a <br />Comprehensive Plan Amendment and Zoning Amendment on February 28, 2022; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council approved the Comprehensive Plan Amendment (re-guiding the <br />land from Low Density Residential to Public/Institutional), contingent upon approval of a Preliminary <br />Plat, on March 8, 2022; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council approved the Zoning Amendment (rezoning from R-1 Residential <br />(MUSA) 80 to Public/Quasi-Public), contingent upon approval of a Preliminary Plat, on March 22, <br />2022; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Park and Recreation Commission reviewed the project for Park Dedication <br />purposes on May 12, 2022; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the EPB reviewed the natural resources aspects of the Preliminary Plat and Site <br />Plan on May 16, 2022; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The Planning Commission held a Public Hearing on the Preliminary Plat and <br />request for a Variance on May 26, 2022; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1. That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants approval of the Site Plan, Preliminary Plat, Final <br />Plat, and Development Agreement for PACT Addition and PACT Charter School in accordance <br />with relevant City Codes, subject to the following conditions: <br />a. Compliance with the Staff Review Comments. <br />b. Final approval by City Engineer and City Attorney. <br />c. Permit(s) issuance by the Lower Rum River Watershed Management Organization. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />________________, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />RESOLUTION #22-125 <br />Page 1 of 2 <br /> <br />
