Community Development Director/Deputy City Administrator Hagen asked the remaining <br />members of the Commission that have not responded to be please do so in response to requests for <br />availability for a joint meeting. He also provided an update on the application and interview <br />process for the Zoning Code Enforcement Officer position. He anticipated a start date of early <br />June. <br />Commissioner Walker stated that he will not be present for the May meeting. <br />Chairperson Bauer noted that he and Commissioner VanScoy would have to step down from the <br />PACT request which will be at the May meeting, therefore he would need to ensure at least four <br />other members of the Commission would be attending. <br />Community Development Director/Deputy City Administrator Hagen asked that Commissioners <br />let him know this week if they will be unable to attend as staff would need to move the meeting <br />up one week in that case and would need to provide notice for the public hearing. <br /> <br />9. ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner VanScoy, seconded by Commissioner Anderson, to adjourn the meeting. <br /> <br />Motion Carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Bauer, Commissioners VanScoy, Anderson, Gengler, <br />Hunt, Peters, and Walker. Voting No: None.
