The purpose of this hearing is to consider a request from PACT Charter School for a Variance, Site Plan, PreliminaryPlat, and Final Plat for a new school facility to accommodate grades 6-12 on the western st eighteen (18) acres of the property generally described as 7633 161Ave NW, Ramsey, MN 55303 and legally described as follows: THE SE1/4 OF NW1/4 OF SEC 16 TWP 32 RGE 25, EX W 185 FT THEREOF, EX RD, SUBJ TO EASE OF REC, Anoka County, Minnesota. The City of Ramsey complies with the Americans with Disabilities Act and upon advance request, information will be provided in an alternative form and interpreters will be available.Any person with such a request should contact Nicole Laubachat 763-433-9824by noon on Wednesday, May 18, 2022.
