CITY COUNCIL <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> The Ramsey City Council conducted a regular meeting on Tuesday, May 10, 2022, at the Ramsey <br /> Municipal Center, 7550 Sunwood Drive NW, Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> Members Present: Mayor Mark Kuzma(attended remotely) <br /> Councilmember Ryan Heineman (attended remotely) <br /> Councilmember Chelsee Howell <br /> Councilmember Debra Musgrove <br /> Councilmember Chris Riley <br /> Councilmember Dan Specht <br /> Councilmember Matt Woestehoff <br /> Members Absent: None <br /> Also Present: Interim City Administrator/Community Dev. Director Brian Hagen <br /> Parks and Assistant Public Works Superintendent Mark Riverblood <br /> City Attorney Fritz Knaak <br /> Planning Manager Todd Larson <br /> City Engineer Bruce Westby <br /> 1. CALL TO ORDER <br /> Mayor Pro Tem Riley called the regular meeting of the Ramsey City Council to order at 7:00 p.m., <br /> followed by the Pledge of Allegiance led by Mayor Pro Tem Riley. <br /> 2. PRESENTATION <br /> 2.01: Presentation and Recognition to Dedicated Networks Inc. as an Outstanding Business <br /> within the City of Ramsey <br /> Parks and Assistant Public Works Superintendent Mark Riverblood stated on tonight's agenda <br /> City Council will consider Resolution 422-110 adopting the 2022 Strategic Action Plan. One <br /> strategy within that plan is to "Create a positive image for residential neighborhoods, business <br /> districts and key corridors." This spring the City organized a community clean up to meet this <br /> strategy. Dedicated Networks Inc. came forward with volunteers to clean up Unity and McKinley <br /> Street in the business park as well as the city storm ponds. They also planted a tree. He presented <br /> a certificate of appreciation in recognition of those community engagement efforts. <br /> Kaitlyn Matheny and Rob Floorman spoke on behalf of Dedicated Networks, Inc. on their work in <br /> the City and received the certificate. <br /> City Council/May 10, 2022 <br /> Page 2 of 18 <br />
