PUBLIC HEARING <br /> 6.01: Public Hearing: Approve Off-Sale Liquor for Liquor Lady Inc dba Fairway Liquor <br /> Presentation <br /> Interim City Administrator/Community Dev. Director Hagen reviewed the staff report and <br /> recommendation to approve a liquor license for an existing establishment. He noted any approval <br /> of Council tonight should be contingent on approval in passage of a background check by the <br /> Police Chief. <br /> Public Hearing <br /> Mayor Pro Tem Riley called the public hearing to order at 7:09 p.m. <br /> Citizen Input <br /> There was none. <br /> Motion by Councilmember Musgrove, seconded by Councilmember Woestehoff, to close the <br /> public hearing. <br /> A roll call vote was performed: <br /> Councilmember Musgrove aye <br /> Councilmember Specht aye <br /> Councilmember Howell aye <br /> Councilmember Woestehoff aye <br /> Councilmember Heineman aye <br /> Mayor Pro Tem Riley aye <br /> Mayor Kuzma aye <br /> The public hearing was closed at 7:10 p.m. <br /> Council Business <br /> Motion by Councilmember Woestehoff, seconded by Councilmember Howell, to approve Off- <br /> Sale Liquor License for Liquor Lady Inc dba Fairway Liquors, contingent upon completion and <br /> approval of background investigation by the Police Chief. <br /> A roll call vote was performed: <br /> City Council/May 10, 2022 <br /> Page 5 of 18 <br />
