INC 21105 PAVEMENT MAINTENANCE PROGRAM- DIVISION B WllEREAS, on May 10, 2005, the Ramsey City Council authorized plans and S.:lVC~i lic~ttions and advertisement for bids on 2005 Street Maintenance Program - Division B, and WI ! ER EAS, on June 14, 2005, the Ramsey City Council adopted Resolution #05-06-174 ~txx';t~-cli~g thc bid riot' 2005 Pavement Maintenance Program - Division B to Bauerly Brothers in amount ori$281,001.65, and WI IEREAS, City Engineer, Steve Jankowski has inspected the completed work and partial payment to Bauerly Brothers, Inc. in the amount of $244.004.19. NOW TilEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMS EY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: I) That thc City Council hereby authorizes partial payment to Bauerly Brothers, Inc. for lmprovemcnt Project 2005 Street Maintenance Program - Division B in the amount of 5;244,004.19. ?) q'hat thc City Council hereby accepts the project and authorizes the Mayor or City Administrator to sign tile release form for this payment. 3) rlhat tile total amount of this payment is not included in resolutions approving payment of bills rior thc date of August 23, 2005. That the City of Ramsey Finance Department will be provided a signed copy of this ~-csol ution.
