('ounci Imcmber Olson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #05-08-272 I{ESOIJUTION APPROVING 1ST PARTIAL PAYMENT TO GLENN REHBEIN I';XCAVATING FOR I.P. #04-27 MPCA STORM SEWER REROUTING WIlEI/lgAS, on July 12, 2005, the Ramsey City Council authorized plans and spcci #cations Cot the above referenced work; and \¥11EREAS, o~ July 22, 2005, the Ramsey City Council awarded the contract for 1P #04- 27 to (]lctm Rchbein Excavating in the amount of $44,214.00; and \VllEREAS, City Engineer, Steve Jankowski has inspected the completed work and rccom mends partial payment to Glenn Rehbein Excavating in the amount of $35,661.10. NOW Tlll,;I/EFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF It. AMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: That the City Council hereby authorizes partial payment to Glenn Rehbein Excavating for Improvement Project #04-27 in the amount of $35,661.10. That thc City Council hereby accepts the project and authorizes the Mayor or City /Xdministrator to sign the release form for this payment.
