The proposed amendments would extend the affected area east of Traprock <br /> Street NW to the eastern City border, increase the allowable sign height from 50 feet to 75 feet, <br /> and increase the sign area from 150 square feet to 300 square feet for a multi-user/multi-tenant <br /> sign. The intent of these amendments is to provide businesses in the Highway 10 corridor visibility <br /> after the upcoming roadway reconstruction project. <br /> The City of Ramsey complies with the Americans with Disabilities Act and upon advance request, <br /> information will be provided in an alternative form and interpreters will be available.
