C ounc[imember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #05-10-XXX RESOLUTION' APPROVING 2ND PARTIAL PAYMENT CONSTRUCTION FOR I.P. #05-29 TH 47 UNDERPASS TO LANDWEHR WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council authorized the preparation of plans and specifications for the above referenced work; and WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council approved the plans and specifications and the advertisement for bids for the above referenced work; and ' WHEREAS, pursuant ~o an advertisement for bids for T.H. #47 Pedestrian Underpass, bids were received, opened and tabulated according to law on July 26, 2005; and WHEREAS, Principal Engineer, Brian Olson has inspected the completed work and recommends partial payment to Landwehr Construction the amount ors 166,546.40. WHEREAS, Principal Engineer, Brian Olson has inspected the completed work and recommends 2ad partial payment to Landwehr Construction the amount of $154,883.25. ."',/OW TI~iEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF i,L.4MSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: That the City Council hereby authopizes partial payment to Landwehr for Improyement Project #05-29 in the amount of $154,883.25. That the City Council hereby accepts the project and authorizes the Mayor or' City Administrator to sigm the release form for this payment. That the total amount of this payment is not included in resolutions approving payment of bills for the date of October 25, 2005.
