Memo <br /> <br />To: <br /> <br />From: <br /> <br />Date: <br /> <br />F~e: <br /> <br />Mayor and Councitmembers <br /> <br />Amy Geisler, Associate Planner <br /> <br />10/21/2005 <br />Adopt resolution approving the Certificate of Correction to Plat for ToWn Center Gardens 2® <br />Addition <br /> <br />The City Council approved the final plat of Town Center Gardens 2nd Addition-on October 14, 2003. <br />The Developer is' in the process of filing a Common Interest CommunitY (ClC) plat for the property. <br />During this process, the Anoka County Surveyor's office identified a minor dimensional error on the <br />original plat of Town Center Gardens 2® Addition. In order to proceed with the ClC .plat, the City must <br />approve a Certificate of Correction to Plat. Correcting the dimensional error will not significantly affect <br />the overall plat or make it non-compliant with City Code requirements. <br /> <br />-125- <br /> <br /> <br />
