Coun¢ilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #05-10-XXX <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CERTIFICATE OF <br />FOR TOWN CENTER 2~D ADDITION <br /> <br />CORRECTION TO PLAT <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Brightkeys Development Corporation, hereinafter referred to as <br />"Applicant", has received Final Plat approval of Town Center Gardens 2nd Addition on the <br />following described property located in the City of Ramsey: <br /> <br />Center <br /> <br />Lots 1-3, Block 1, Lots 1-4, Block 2, and Outlots A and B, Town Center Gardens 2nd <br />Addition, Anoka County Minnesota <br /> <br />14, 2003 the City of Ramsey approved the final plat of Town <br /> <br />(the "Subject Property") <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on October <br />Gardens 2"d Addition; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Applicant has been notified by the Anoka County surveyor of a <br />dimensional error on the plat of Town Center Gardens 2nd Addition; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, correction of said error does not affect the plat's compliance with City <br />Code requirements. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby approves the Certificate of Correction to Plat for Town <br /> Center Gardens 2nd Addition <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> ., and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />this the 25th day of October, 2005. <br /> <br /> Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br />-t28- <br /> <br /> <br />
