ORDINANCE #05-XX <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />ANT ORI)INANCE ESTABLISHING PERMIT FEES, SERVICE CHARGES, AND <br />VARIOUS OTHER FEES TO BE COLLECTED BY THE CITY OF RAMSEY. <br /> <br />The following fees and service charges are hereby established for the year 2006. <br />SECTION 1. AUTHORITY <br /> <br />This ordinance is adopted pursuant to and under the authority'of the charter of the City of <br />kamsey. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. PURPOSE <br /> <br />Per S701.10(Fees) the purpose of this Ordinance is to establish the Permit Fees, Service <br />Charges and Other Fees that will be collected by the City in year 2006. This is known as <br />the Schedule of Rates, Fees and Charges. <br /> <br />SECTION 3.
