WHEREAS, the Ramsey Planning Commission,, met on October 6, 2005, conducted a public <br />,:-:~t~n~_;, and recommended that the Ramsey City ~ouncil approve the Property Owner's request for <br /> ame:ndme:~t to the Comprehensive Plan. <br /> <br /> THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />R ,;,~:¥1SEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />That the Ramsey City Council hereby approves the request for a land use designation change of <br />:he Subject Property from R-1 Rural Reserve to Low Density Residential. <br /> <br />That the Ramsey Cit-y Council hereby authorizes City Staff to submit the necessary <br />do~zurnentation to Metropolitan Council for an amendment to the 2001 Comprehensive Plan to <br />change the land use designation to Low Density Residential. <br /> <br /> ri'hat this land use change shall become effective concurrent with the City's receipt of notification <br /> :of approval from Metropolitan Council. <br /> <br /> motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember _ <br />....... and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />the tbllowing were absent: <br /> <br />wi-~creupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the <br /> -,. <br /> . _ day of October, 2005. <br /> <br />A.
