Councilmember Elvig suggested the Council; consider developing a policy relating to donations <br />based on community value added services. <br /> <br />The consensus of the Council was to direct staff to schedule a discussion of a policy and budget <br />relating to community service organizations on a future Worksession. <br /> <br />Councilmember Olson noted funds for these organizations could come from other organizations <br />in the City as well. <br /> <br />MAYOR AND COUNCIL <br /> <br />City Administrator Norman indicated staff plans to provide an updated fiscal impact study at the <br />Town Center meeting on Thursday, October 27m at 4:00 p.m. <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec informed the Council there will be a sister city delegation coming to Ramsey. <br />There has been discussion of providing a one-time seed of approximately $5,000 in funds to <br />begin a sister city corporation. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />The Work Session of the City Council was adjourned at 6:45 p.m. <br /> <br />Respectfully submitted, <br /> <br />James E.
