Councilmumber Pearson introduced the followj,,ng resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #05-07-241 <br /> <br />RESOI,UTION OF A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR THE PREPARATION OF AN <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT STATEMENT 0glS) FOR PULTE HOMES <br />SOMMERSET STATION DEVELOPMENT <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Putle Development Corporation, hereinafter referred to as "Developer", is <br />proposing to deveiop the Sommerset Station subdivision within the City, witl-iin the City of <br />t~,amscy, hereinafter referred to as "City", that is attached to this.document; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, under 4410.4300(19)(c )of the State of Minnesota Rules, the subdivision <br />pr<~posed by the Developer is required to have an EAW prepared; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, for the purposes of conducting the EAW, the City is the Responsible <br />(k~vcrnmcntal Unit ("RGU"); and <br /> <br /> W H EREAS, Chapter 4410.1500 of Minnesota Rules requires the R@U to prepare a draft <br />At/,", R docmnent and distribute it .to various governmental agencies and the general public; and <br /> <br /> W ttEREAS, in accordance with Minnesota Rules Chapter 4410, the City of Ramsey b_as <br />completed the public cornment period for the Puke Homes Sommerset Station Development and, <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the mandatory EAW was sent to the folloWing agencies for' review and <br />comment: ,. <br /> <br />tLS.
