WHEREAS, on January 3, 2005, the ~;,C,'ity of Ramsey received an application and sketch <br />plan from the Applicant for a plat to be named Summerset Meadows; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on March 10, 2005, the Planning Commission reviewed the sketch plan and <br />recommended that the Developer proceed to the preliminary plat stage; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on March 22, 2005, the Planning Commission reviewed the sketch plan and <br />recommended that the Developer proceed to the preliminary plat stage; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on July 26, 2005, after review of the completed Environmental Assessment <br />Worksheet (EAW) the CiD' determined that no further environmental review was needed for the <br />proposed development. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on August 22, 2005, the Applicant submitted a preliminary, plat for <br />Summerset Meadows to the City,; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on October 6, 2005, the Planning Commission conduct.ed a public hearing <br />and made no recommendation to CiD, Council regarding the preliminary plat of Summerset <br />Meadows; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on October 25, 2005, the City Council reviewed the preliminary plat for <br />Surnmerset Meadows; and <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE. CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants preiiminary plat approval to Summerset Meadows <br />contingent upon compliance with the following: <br /> <br /> i) Compliance with CiU Staff Review Letier dated Septe~mber 30, 2005, Revised October <br /> 21, 2005. <br />2) The property proposed to be developed residentially being rezoned to Planned Unit <br /> Development. <br />3) The Developer providing the 300-foot wide transportation corr/dor as shown on the <br /> preliminary plat. <br />4) Expanding the fight-of-way of Llama St. from 80 feet to 100 feet in that portion of Llama <br /> St. that ties south of the Bunker Lake Blvd. extension. <br />5) The Applicant providing two accesses onto Bunker Lake Blvd. for the units located in <br /> Block 14 of the proposed subdivision. <br />6) The Applicant and the City Staff work towards providing agreeable transitioning through <br /> the use of landscaping. <br /> <br />-282- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #05-10~ <br /> Page 2 of 3 <br /> <br /> <br />
