Director Sylvia Frolik <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />While processing the plat for Sunflower Ridge Second Addition, it came to Staff's attention that <br />154~' in Sunflower Ridge (.first phase) is incorrectly identified as Lane; it'should be-Avenue. <br />This street also extends into Wildlife Sanctuary 3r~ Addition. The following items are enclosed <br />f(~r your infbrmation: <br /> <br /> a. Site location map <br /> b. Proposed ordinance <br /> <br />N o tification: <br /> <br />Property owners adjacent to 154th between Iodine and Krypton were notified of the proposed <br /> name correction. <br /> <br />Observations: <br /> <br />?o~.~mately, none of the dwelling units on this street have received certificates of occupancy. <br />Therefore, correction of the street name will not impact any current resident. <br /> <br />The Cit? Council conducted the public hearing for the street name change on October 10 and no <br />verbal or wr/tten comments were submitted.
