Board Member Bentz asked if having the meetings the first Monday of the month presented the <br />most obstacles for members of the Board. Board Member Husvedt stated that for the remainder <br />,,>l' this year, the plan was to meet the third Monday of the month. <br /> <br />l~oard Member Hustvedt made a motion to schedule the remaining meetings for 2005 for the first <br />Monday o1' each month and then at the December meeting discuss and draft a work plan for <br />20{)6. }~oard Member Max seconded the motion. <br /> <br />M()tion passed unanimously. <br /> <br />Ct'~airperson McDilda stated that the remaining meetings of 2005 will be scheduled for the first <br />Monday {)~ each month and will begin at 6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />B(~ARI) INPUT <br /> <br />i~oard Member Itustvedt stated that with all the rain lately, he has noticed that a couple of horse <br />qclds arc salurated with water. He stated that he has concerns about this issue, and asked if there <br />wcrc any past issues with fecal matter in the water. His concern was about the Rum River. <br /> <br />Chairperson McDilda stated that City Engineer Steve Jankowski would be the contact person for <br />that. 15~vironmental Specialist Bruce Bacon stated that as a committee member, this could be <br />cxl)lorcd.
