All interested persons are invited to attend and comment on the proposed requests. <br />The purpose of this hearing is to consider a request from KRH Land LLC, ISG for a Zoning and Text <br />Amendment for the subject two parcels to be included in the E-3 zone district for the purpose of an Athletic <br />Dome, medical clinic and restaurant. Additionally, a Text Amendment has been requested with the intent <br />of allowing medical clinics within the E-3 district.
