Councilmember Musgrove introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #22-132 RESOLUTION APPROVING AN UPDATED PLAT KNOWN AS RIVERSIDE WEST REARRANGEMENT AND AUTHORIZATION OF SALE OF LOT 4, BLOCK 1, RIVERSIDE WEST REARRANGEMENT RECITALS 1. The City of Ramsey, hereafter referred to as “Developer”, properly applied for Final Plat approval of the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: Lot 4, Block 1 and Lot 1, Block 2 RIVERSIDE WEST (the "Subject Property") -Or upon recording- Lots 1-4, Block 1, RIVERSIDE WEST REARRANGEMENT (the ‘Subject Property’); and 2. The City Council introduced Ordinance #22-01, vacating Dolomite Street right-of-way between Riverdale Drive and Highway and a portion of drainage utility easement on 6650 Highway 10, on January 11, 2022; and 3. The City Council reviewed and approved the Final Plat on January 11, 2022; and 4. That the Plat of Riverside West Rearrangement was rejected by Anoka County due to Torrens requirements; and 5. That the City is the current owner of Lot 4, Block 1 Riverside West and the adjacent, vacated right-of-way and wishes to plat these lands; and 6. That the City Council reviewed the revised Plat of Riverside West Rearrangement on June 14, 2022. 7. The City has adopted Ordinance 15-05 and declared Lot 4, Block 1, Riverside West (6710 Hwy 10 NW) surplus property and authorizes the sale of this real estate. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1. That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants approval of the revised Final Plat of RIVERSIDE WEST REARRANGEMENT in accordance with relevant City Codes, subject to the following conditions:
