3) The County intends to demolish the Buildings, the City intends to finance the demolition <br /> as a part of the Joint Powers Agreement to be entered into between the City and the County, <br /> and the City intends to subsequently include the Parcel in a redevelopment tax increment <br /> district established pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 469.174, subdivision 10,which <br /> TIF District, if established, shall be established within three years of the date hereof. <br /> 4) Upon filing the request for certification of the tax capacity of the Parcel as part of the TIF <br /> District, the City will notify the county auditor that the original tax capacity of the Parcel <br /> must be adjusted as provided in Minnesota Statutes, Section 469.177, subdivision 1, <br /> paragraph(f). <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> Heineman, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> Mayor Kuzma <br /> Councilmember Musgrove <br /> Councilmember Heineman <br /> Councilmember Howell <br /> Councilmember Riley <br /> Councilmember Specht <br /> Councilmember Woestehoff <br /> and the following voted against the same: <br /> None <br /> and the following abstained: <br /> None <br /> and the following were absent: <br /> None <br /> Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br /> the 14th day of June, 2022. <br /> Mayor <br /> TEST: <br /> Id,rLi VU YL JJ A <br /> City Clerk <br /> Resolution#22-129 <br /> Page 2 of 3 <br />
