3. That the Permittee's activities shall be in compliance with the Civil Plans presented to the <br /> Council dated March 7, 2022, as revised per Engineering comments for modifications to a <br /> storm pipe and the inclusion of a safety bench. <br /> 4. That the Permittee shall provide City Staff a haul route for the vehicles and that the <br /> vehicles must follow that route. The route shall be Nowthen Boulevard to St. Francis <br /> Boulevard to Bunker Lake Boulevard and then to Sunwood Drive. <br /> 5. That the Permittee shall be responsible for all City costs incurred in administering and <br /> enforcing this Permit, including street sweeping any street where material is spilled during <br /> hauling. <br /> 6. That the City Administrator,or his/her designee, shall have the right to inspect the premises <br /> for compliance and safety purposes annually or at any time, upon reasonable request. <br /> 7. That this Permit shall automatically expire if the use is not initiated by <br /> June 14, 2023 and conducting the city-hosted pre-construction meeting shall constitute <br /> initiation. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> Woestehoff, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> Mayor Kuzma <br /> Councilmember Howell <br /> Councilmember Woestehoff <br /> Councilmember Heineman <br /> Councilmember Musgrove <br /> Councilmember Riley <br /> Councilmember Specht <br /> and the following voted against the same: <br /> None <br /> and the following abstained: <br /> None <br /> and the following were absent: <br /> None <br /> Resolution#22-123 <br /> Page 3 of 4 <br />
