CITIZEN INPUT <br /> Megan Thorstad, 15249 71 st Street NE, Otsego, stated she has served as the City's Communication <br /> and Events Coordinator for the last four years. She stated, regarding the case that is coming up <br /> tonight, she felt was unfair and unjust. She stated she has submitted her resignation because she <br /> felt Council hasn't met the goals of the Strategic Plan to improve employee morale and retention. <br /> She hoped some positive changes would be made. <br /> 4.
