NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, pursuant to Minnesota <br /> Statutes 43 5.3 7 and 164.07, as follows: <br /> 1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby approves the Cartway Easement Agreement <br /> through Shawn Acres Park as signed by the Petitioner on May 4, 2022, providing a <br /> 33-foot wide cartway access to Thorn Lake Property PID #04-32-25-31-0001. <br /> 2) That the Mayor and City Administrator are hereby directed to execute the Cartway <br /> Easement Agreement, for and on behalf of the City of Ramsey. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> ,and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> and the following voted against the same: <br /> and the following abstained: <br /> and the following were absent: <br /> Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br /> the 14th day of June,2022. <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Resolution#22-113 <br /> Page 3 of 3 <br />
