Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION #22-130 <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING SURVEY PROPOSLS FOR 167TH AVENUE <br /> RECONSTRUCTION IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #23-04 <br /> WHEREAS, topographic surveys are required to accurately evaluate and design the <br /> proposed 167th Avenue Reconstruction project; and <br /> WHEREAS, requests for proposals were submitted to two firms for the purpose of <br /> obtaining quotes for completing the proposed survey services; and <br /> WHEREAS, the two (2) survey quotes received are tabulated below; and <br /> TOPOGRAPHICS SURVEYS <br /> Project Bolton & Menk, Inc. Hakanson Anderson <br /> 167th Avenue (Nowthen Blvd <br /> $51800.00 $6,300.00 <br /> to Trunk Highway 47 <br /> WHEREAS, the quote of Bolton&Menk, Inc. in the total amount of$5,800.00 for said <br /> services in accordance with the prepared proposal is the lowest responsible quote and their quote <br /> shall be and hereby is accepted. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA: <br /> 1) The Mayor and City Administrator are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a <br /> contract with Bolton&Menk,Inc. for said survey services for and on behalf of the City of Ramsey. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> and the following voted against the same: <br />
