Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION #22-132 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AN UPDATED PLAT <br /> KNOWN AS RIVERSIDE WEST REARRANGEMENT AND AUTHORIZATION OF <br /> SALE OF LOT 4, BLOCK 1, RIVERSIDE WEST REARRANGEMENT <br /> RECITALS <br /> 1. The City of Ramsey, hereafter referred to as "Developer", properly applied for Final Plat <br /> approval of the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: <br /> Lot 4, Block 1 and Lot 1, Block 2 RIVERSIDE WEST <br /> (the "Subject Property") <br /> -Or upon recording- <br /> Lots 1-4, Block 1, RIVERSIDE WEST REARRANGEMENT <br /> (the `Subject Property'); and <br /> 2. The City Council introduced Ordinance #22-01, vacating Dolomite Street right-of-way <br /> between Riverdale Drive and Highway and a portion of drainage utility easement on 6650 <br /> Highway 10, on January 11, 2022; and <br /> 3. The City Council reviewed and approved the Final Plat on January 11, 2022; and <br /> 4. That the Plat of Riverside West Rearrangement was rejected by Anoka County due to <br /> Torrens requirements; and <br /> 5. That the City is the current owner of Lot 4, Block 1 Riverside West and the adjacent, <br /> vacated right-of-way and wishes to plat these lands; and <br /> 6. That the City Council reviewed the revised Plat of Riverside West Rearrangement on June <br /> 14, 2022. <br /> 7. The City has adopted Ordinance 15-05 and declared Lot 4, Block 1, Riverside West (6710 <br /> Hwy 10 NW) surplus property and authorizes the sale of this real estate. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> 1. That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants approval of the revised Final Plat of <br /> RIVERSIDE WEST REARRANGEMENT in accordance with relevant City Codes, <br />
