Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #22-138 RESOLUTION APPROVING EASEMENT AGREEMENT ON OUTLOT A, RIVERSTONE SOUTH FOR RIVERDALE DRIVE EXTENSION, LLAMA STREET TO BOWERS DRIVE WHEREAS, to construct the cul-de-sac on the north end of Bowers Drive as proposed with Improvement Project #20-05, the City must acquire a perpetual easement for right of way purposes over, under and across that part of OUTLOT A, RIVERSTONE SOUTH, according to the recorded plat thereof, Anoka County, Minnesota, lying within the circumference of a circle having a radius of 65.00 feet, the center of said circle is described as follows: Commencing at the most northerly corner of said OUTLOT A, thence on an assumed bearing of South 22 degrees 30 minutes 18 seconds West, along the northwest line of said OUTLOT A, a distance of 94.69 feet; thence North 67 degrees 29 minutes 42 seconds West, a distance of 1.18 feet, to the center of said circle and there terminating. and WHEREAS, the required Easement Agreements were submitted to the property owners of OUTLOT A, RIVERSTONE SOUTH with a request to sign and notarize the agreements and to return them to Staff for final execution and recording with Anoka County. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby approves the Easement Agreement with Pearson Properties, contingent on receipt of signed and notarized agreements. 2) That the Mayor and City Administrator are hereby directed to execute the Easement Agreements, for and on behalf of the City of Ramsey. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember ,and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: and the following abstained:
