Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION#22-150 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND AUTHORIZING <br /> ADVERTISEMENTS FOR BIDS FOR AUTUMN HEIGHTS STREET RECONSTRUCTIONS, <br /> IMPROVEMENT PROJECT#22-02 <br /> WHEREAS,the City of Ramsey proposes to reconstruct Autumn Heights Subdivision; and <br /> WHEREAS,pursuant to Ramsey City Council resolution#21-194,adopted July 13,2021,the City <br /> Council ordered the City Engineer to request proposals for Topographic Survey, Geotechnical Evaluations <br /> and Utility Testing for proposed 2022 Pavement Management Program projects, including IP 22-02 <br /> Autumn Heights Subdivision; and <br /> WHEREAS,pursuant to Ramsey City Council Resolution#21-224, adopted August 8', 2021,the <br /> City Council awarded a proposal to Hakanson Anderson for Topographic Survey, and Haugo Geotechnical <br /> Services for a geotechnical report of the project area; and <br /> WHEREAS,pursuant to Ramsey City Council resolution#21-300,adopted October 26,2021,City <br /> staff has received and reviewed the Topographic Survey, Geotechnical Evaluations and has prepared plans <br /> and specifications for the purpose of advertising for bids for same improvements. <br /> WHEREAS,the City Engineer has prepared plans and specifications for the purpose of advertising <br /> for bids for the same improvements. <br /> NOW THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, <br /> ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA: <br /> 1) The Ramsey City Council hereby approves the plans and specifications prepared by the City <br /> Engineer for the making of such improvements and authorizes the advertisement of bids for <br /> the same improvements as City Improvement Project #22-02, Autumn Heights Street <br /> Reconstructions. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember , <br /> and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> and the following voted against the same: <br />
