All interested persons are invited to attend and comment on the proposed requests. <br /> The purpose of this hearing is to consider a request from Big C Development, LLC for a Zoning <br /> Amendment to rezone their property in conformance with the 2040 Comprehensive Plan. The property is <br /> currently zoned R-1: Rural Developing the proposed zoning is E-3: Employment District and the property <br /> is generally described as 15861 Jarvis St NW, Ramsey, MN 55303 and legally described as follows: <br /> THAT PRT OF S 1155 FT OF W 297 FT OF SW 1/4 OF SW 1/4 OF SEC 18 TWP 32 RGE 25 LYG <br /> N OF RR R/W, EX RD, SUBJ TO EASE OF REC,Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> The City of Ramsey complies with the Americans with Disabilities Act and upon advance request, <br /> information will be provided in an alternative form and interpreters will be available.
