She stressed this is strictly preliminary approval <br /> so they can get the application sent for deed of conduit debt and keeps the process moving but is <br /> not approving anything with the school tonight. <br /> Public Hearin <br /> Mayor Kuzma called the public hearing to order at 7:08 p.m. <br /> Councilmember Heineman asked if any PACT representatives would like to come forward to give <br /> context before there are questions. <br /> Justin Fincher, with JV Vang, the owner's representative for PACT Charter schools. He gave an <br /> update on the progress on the project. He stated site plan review and plat review is a separate <br /> process that is still in motion with the Planning Commission and Staff. He stated public hearings <br /> regarding this will happen in the near future.
