Miller Inc. in the amount of $562,096.80.00; and WllEREAS, Assistant Public Works Director/Principal Engineer, Brian Olson has i~sp~:ctcd tho complcted work and recommends 1st partial payment to W.B. Miller Inc. in the ~tlnottnt o1'$171 ,I 41.55. WIlEREAS, Assistant Public Works Director/Principal Engineer, Brian Olson has insl,CCtcd the completed work and recommends 2nd partial payment to W.B. Miller Inc. in the almmnt o1' $62,878.98. NOW TIIEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF IIA~iSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 'l'hat thc City Council hereby authorizes partial payment to W.B. Miller Inc. for Improvcmcnt Project #05-22 in the amount of $62,878.98. That the City Council hereby accepts the project and authorizes the Mayor or City Administrator to sign the release form for this payment. 3) That the total amount of this payment is not included in resolutions approving payment of bills Cot the date of July 26, 2005. 4) ~l'hat the City of Ramsey Finance Department will be provided a signed copy of this resolution.
