Presentation by Financial Firm of Juran and Moody <br />Discussion of Bond Sale for Land Purchase and Public <br />Improvements Regarding the Maken & Sauter Properties <br />By: Diana Lund, Finance Officer <br /> <br />Background: Staff has been working with Financial Consultants, Juran and Moody <br />regarding how to best finance the acquisition and public improvements of the Maken and <br />Sauter properties. <br /> <br />Steve Mattson and Paul Donna of Juran and Moody will be present the finance plan <br />summary of the bond sale. A $2,600,000 Tax Increment Bond is the source of funding <br />for the purchase of the Maken and Sauter land parcels and sewer, water, and street for <br />143rd Avenue and 141st Avenue and Ebony Street. <br /> <br />Committee Action: Review plan and terms o£bonds as presented by Financial <br />Consultants and set bond sale date for December 19, 2000. <br /> <br />Council Action: Motion to accept plan and terms of finance plan as presented by <br />Financial Consultants and set bond sale date for December 19, 2000 <br /> <br />FC 11/28/00 <br /> <br /> <br />
