('ot~cilmcmbcr Cook introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #05-09-293 <br /> <br />I,~I~;S()I,IJTION DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND ORDERING <br />t' R I,; i'A RATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #05- <br />04 CqI".AI.(7OAT AND CRACKFILL FLINTWOOD HILLS) <br /> <br /> WI I ERI~;AS, a contract has been let and costs have been determined with reference to the <br />Ncalcoztt and Crackfill of' Flintwood Hills, and the expenses incurred or to be incun'ed in the <br /> taking ¢)1' such itnprovement amount to $14,458 so that the total cost of the improvement will be <br /> 14,45~. <br /> <br />NOW TIIEREi;'OIII?~, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />I~ AiSISI,;Y, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the portion of' the cost of such improvement to be paid by the City of Ramsey is <br />hereby declared to be $7,229 and the portion of the cost to be assessed against benefited <br />property owners is declared to be $7,229. <br /> <br />That the principal of the assessments shall be in annual installments extending over a <br />pc~-iod of three years; the first of the installments to be payable on or before December 31, <br />2005, and shall bear interest, per annum from the date of the adoption of the assessment <br />resolution, at thc rate of two (2) percent above the U.S. Treasury Rate. <br /> <br />'l'l~at the City Administrator shall calculate the proper amount to be specially assessed for <br />such improvement against every assessable lot, piece or parcel of land within the district <br />al'lk:ctcd, without regard to cash valuation, as provided by law, and shall file in the city <br />o t'/Sccs a copy of such proposed assessment for public inspection. <br /> <br />4~ <br /> <br />Tl~at ~he City Administrator shall, upon the completion of such proposed assessment, <br />n{)ti l'y the Ramscy City Council thereof. <br /> <br />~1 hc tnolion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councihnelnber <br />t![vig, ami upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />aml thc following voted against the same: <br /> <br />Resolution #05-09-293 <br /> 1 of 2 <br /> <br /> <br />
