('ot~ciln~cmbcr Cook introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #05-09-294 <br /> <br />RI,;SOI,UTION DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND ORDERING <br />I~1~i~; PA RATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #05- <br />(15 (SI~;AI,COAT AND CRACKFILL RAMSEY TERRACE) <br /> <br /> W II ERI,;AS, a contract has been let and costs have been determined with reference to the <br />.5,~a~lcoa~t and Crackfill off Ramsey Terrace, and the expenses incurred or to be incurred in the <br />n~[~l<ing of such improvelnent amount to $16,744 so that the total cost of the improvement will be <br />5; ~ 6,744. <br /> <br />[XOW TIII,;II.
