<br />WIlEREAS, thc City Administrator has notified the City Council that such proposed
<br /> has been COlnpletcd and filed in his office for public inspection.

<br />NOW TIlI~REFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
<br />I~AMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows:

<br />q'l~at a Public Hearing shall be held on September 27, 2005, at 7:00 p.m. at the Ramsey Fire
<br />Station, 15050 Armstrong Boulevard, to pass upon such proposed assessment and at such
<br />ti~nc and place all persons owning property affected by such improvement ;vill be given an
<br />opportunity to be heard with reference to such assessment.
<br />
<br />That the City Administrator is hereby directed to cause a notice of the public hearing on the
<br />proposed assessment to be published once in the official newspaper at least two weeks
<br />prior to thc hearing, and he shall state in the notice the total cost of the improvement. He
<br />sl~all also cause mailed notice to be given to the owner of each parcel described in the
<br />assessment roll not less than two weeks prior to the hearings.
<br />
<br />That thc owner of any property so assessed may, at any time prior to certification of the
<br />assessment by the County Auditor, pay the whole of the assessment of such property, with
<br />i~tcrcst accrued to the date of payment to the City, except that no interest shall be charged
<br />
