('ot~nci lmcmbcr Elvig introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #05-09-308 RESOI,UTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #05-24 AND CALLING FOR l'IIE I'REPAI/ATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR SAINT FRANCIS BOU I,EVARD FRONTAGE ROAD IMPROVEMENTS WIIEI,IEAS, pursuant to a motion of the Ramsey City Council on August I0, 2004, a feasibility For hnprovement Project 05-24, Saint Francis Boulevard Frontage Road Improvements has i,rcpared by Steve Jankowski, City Engineer and, WI I I,;RI,;AS, the report xvas received by the Ramsey City Council on April 12, 2005 which i~ctic'atcs that the total project cost is estimated to be $46,011 and that the amount of this project tt, bc special assessed shall be $19,075, and that $7,863 shall be utilized from the city's trail I'tmd, and that $19,075 will be utilized from the city's general fund. NOW TIIEREFOI/E, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF I~AMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: I) 'l'hat thc improvement is necessary, cost-effective, and feasible as detailed in the Feasibility study report. 2) q'hat such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in this Council resolution. 3) That the City Engineer is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement. 4) That tiao engineer shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of such improvement.
