TOPICS FOR DISCUSSION <br /> <br />I) industrial Property Acquisition <br /> <br />City Administrator Norman reviewed that staff has discussed with the City Council the <br />possibility of acquiring a properly immediately to the east of Ramsey Boulevard and north of the <br />railroad tracks in thc past. Recently, the property was listed for sale and it was acquired by <br />Premier Commercial Partners. Staff has been in discussions with Premier Commercial Partners <br />and they have indicated their willingness to sell the property for the same purchase price as they <br />aCCltfircd the property. <br /> <br />('ouncilmember Pearson asked how big the parcel is. <br /> <br />(iity Administrator Norman replied the parcel is a little bigger than four acres, and the purchase <br />price is $1.1 million. <br /> <br />City Council Work Session / October 11, 2005 <br /> Page 1 of 4 <br /> <br /> <br />
