Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION #22-154 <br /> RESOLUTION APPOINTING A REPLACEMENT COUNCILMEMBER LIAISON TO <br /> THE PARKS AND RECREATION COMMISSION <br /> WHEREAS, Councilmember Ryan Heineman is currently serving as the liaison to the <br /> Park and Recreation Commission; and <br /> WHEREAS, Councilmember Heineman's attendance capabilities have changed for the <br /> remainder of 2022; and <br /> WHEREAS, Councilmember Debra Musgrove was selected, by City Council consensus, <br /> to serve in Councilmember Heineman's place through December 31, 2022; and <br /> WHEREAS, Councilmember Chris Riley was selected, by City Council consensus, to <br /> serve as the alternate if Councilmember Debra Musgrove is not available. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> 1) Motion to adopt resolution#22-154 to appoint Councilmember Debra Musgrove as <br /> Liaison to the Parks and Recreation Commission, and to appoint Councilmember <br /> Chris Riley as the alternate, effectively immediately, through December 31, 2022. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> and the following voted against the same: <br /> and the following abstained: <br /> and the following were absent: <br />
